Below is a map showing how long a point of sale approach would take to fix issues in each community.

Click through the map or find your Township / Borough in the side bar to see how long it would take your community to fix issues at point-of-sale. Municipalities with a Red symbol require point-of-sale inspections. Municipalities with a Green symbol do not.

Point-of-sale inspections can be a real burden for home sellers, and buyers. And why would anyone want to take this many years to fix a problem? This doesn’t make sense.
